Spellanza Baguma Muhenda (Ọktoba 30, 1978) bụ onye otu ndị omeiwu Uganda.[1]

Ọ bụ onye nnọchi anya nwanyị nke Kyenjojo District na mpaghara Tooro na Western Uganda onye nwere njikọ na National Resistance Movement (NRM).[2][3][4]

Ọ gara maka agụmakwụkwọ ọzọ na Law Development Centre, Kampala ebe o nwetara asambodo na Law (Administrative Officers Law Course) n'afọ 2006. N'afọ 2008, ọ nwetara diplọma postgraduate ya na Public Administration and Management site na Uganda Management Institute.[1]
