Monica Azuba Ntege (née Monica Azuba) bụ onye injinia na onye ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị nke Uganda. Ọ bụ Minista na-ahụ maka ọrụ na njem na ụlọ ọrụ gọọmentị Uganda.
