Joyce Mpanga
Joyce Rovincer Mpanga (née Masembe amụrụ na 22 Jenụwarị na afọ 1934 - 18 Novemba 2023) bụ onye ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị Uganda na onye otu Lukiiko kemgbe na afọ 2009. Mpanga bụ Minista nke Ụmụ nwanyị na Mmepe site na 1988 ruo 1989 na Minista nke Steeti maka Mmụta Primary site na afọ 1989 ruo na afọ 1992. N'èzí kansụl nke Uganda, Mpanga bụ onye omeiwu site na afọ 1996 ruo na afọ 2001 maka Mubende District.
